Saturday marked the 10th Heirloom Event/Workshop that I've put together.
The girls came with tons of enthusiasm and an appetite for creating and for food.
It was soooo much fun....lots of new memories to treasure!
A zinc chicken basket filled with all sorts of goodies was at each place setting. It's always a bit like Christmas when the attendees dig into their kits.
Fall was in the air (at least earlier in the morning) as well as on the table.
Ashley outdid herself with the meals...very fall oriented and oh so delicious.
This time around, we tried something new...a crostini bar as an appetizer before lunch.
It was a big hit!
Desserts are always something we look forward to and Ashley's apple pies in a jar (with homemade whipped cream) were happily devoured.
There was a lot of buzz and laughter...and the creative juices were definitely flowing.
It was certainly a day to remember...being in the company of wonderful friends...sharing stories...eating together...enjoying the out of doors...and, of course, putting together an awesome project.
Thanks to all of the girls who came...loved having you in my home!
If you missed out on the event/workshop, you can still get one of the project kits. There are just a couple of them left...head over to my
creatologie blog and order yours today.
