gorgeous pic! love the bracelet :-) xoxo Britt :-)

Yes, yes, we are coasting along the same thoughtful plain. Thank you for writing in such a clever and fun way. I love your phrasing and the way you can get down on paper the actual "way" our minds can careen off different objects like pachinko balls, and then pull it all together like gathering up the drawstring in a pair of sleep pants.

I can so relate to your story--i myself have been there--done that. So i was thinking about you the other day--I found WHITE flowers in the scrapbooking isle at my wallmart. I know a little late but i figured i would pass on the now useless info.
I love your Junking tales.

Hi...I'm a first time visitor, but now I will be a forever friend. I'm adding you to my blog list. I am so pleased to have stopped by. You perfectly captured a trip to TJ Maxx for me. Have you been secretly following? Actually, this was a standard trip for me anywhere...I tend to get over-stmulated in the grocery store these days, too! I had to chuckle. You have a great way with words. Thank you.

Don't get a cart when you're in Marshall's, TJ Maxx, etc. Good tip! I'll try and remember it and leave the cart at the door!

(Honestly, for $2 you can't go wrong.)

I love bargain shopping too and have come home with some lovely deals, makes you feel good to get something for $2.00 and actually make use of it.I did that once bought something for $1.00 without fully opening it, figuring what the heck, it was a single bed sheet but so pretty I used it for years as a round table cloth I did a little surgery on.

oh i can totally relate! i've been on a cleaning spree and hunting things down to go back in there place and i'm finding all kinds of goodies! lots of fun!

As the happy recipient of something you recently found in your closet hinterland, I can appreciate the potential to be found there :). Glad you found such a treasure!!

Oh my stinkin' heck, I have done that same "dance" in those stores many a times! :) Too funny! I also go cartless, but the last time I was there I found a huge stockpile of We R Memory Keepers stuff--ribbon, chipboard, metal letters, paper--no idea why it would be there but there it was, so I went back and got a cart. :) 25 feet of double-sided ribbon for $1.99? Heck yeah! :)
