There is something about the holiday season that brings out the creativity in most of us, or at least makes us crafty wannabees.
If you doubt me, just check out the magazines in your local bookstore or grocery store. Between the magazines featuring decorating for the holidays, craft magazines with every imaginable configuration of greeting card, popsicle stick craft and recycling and repurposing project, and cooking magazines that have you drooling all over yourself in the middle of the store aisle, you would probably have enough ideas to keep you going each and every hour between now and Christmas!
I know that being artsy and creative is part of your life. When I started designing the cover of this book, I wanted you to be able to use your stashes. The design of this book came on the heels of going through my creative product bins, trying to decide what I needed and what had to go. I came up with a box of little pieces of fabric...too cool to get rid of but too small to do justice to a large fabric art project...as well as lots of scraps of my favorite paper. Like vintage 7 gypsies script paper, for instance...does ANYONE throw that away, ever?

What a great way to use your fabrics, papers, and one of a kind baubles. And, what a great project to add to a pillow top or to frame in a large shadowbox! If you don't celebrate Christmas, this would make an awesome blessings tree/gratitude book or a great dimensional nature book.
This Workshop to Go will teach you how to create your own tag flag book...and will provide step by step photos (always great to have).
