This morning I woke up really early.
I padded around the kitchen, making coffee, trying to be quiet. But, as hard as I tried, our 13 year old Bouvier, Bodie, heard me and came out to start begging for food. Missy Bea, as she is known around here, has very selective hearing and a great appetite...which means she never misses a sound that comes from the kitchen!
I went outside with Bodie so she could do her "thing" and after feeling the heat in the air, wondered if summer was ever going to end.
My next thought, weird as it was, was that some Neapolitan Ice Cream would taste awfully good!
OK, that was really strange for that early in the morning, especially since I don't typically eat ice cream for breakfast and I don't buy Neapolitan Ice Cream!

Finally, there is a bundle of 13 fabrics included in this kit. Many of them are about 1/2 yard, which means that you will get a lot of use from them. I've included quilt cotton in coordinating florals, dots, strips and harlequins, vintage wedding lace, shantung silk in vanilla bean, dark chocolate jacquard and creamy strawberry taffeta.
Oh yes, there are a couple of rolls of dark chocolate gaffer tape...a perfect topping to the fabrics!
