There is something about scarcity that moves most of us to action.  The thought of losing out on something we like because there is JUST ONE definitely has us reaching out, grabbing whatever it is, and hugging it close to us...all the while telling the world "IT'S MINE!".

Atta girl, Carol. As always, you rock. Imagine Lynda and I shopping and deciding who gets what in those "one of a kind" situations. We've been known to simply hug the new found treasure to our chest and blurt with profound maturity, "I found it first!" or, "Finders, keepers!" Not particularly shining moments for either of us :)
Then there was that time at TJMaxx when we were shopping a few rows apart. At the exact same moment, we lifted the exact same shirt and said at the exact same time, "This would look great on you." No kidding! We laughed our heads off. And neither one bought the shirt.
