An Artistic Affaire... it was an amazing boutique event hosted by Kim Caldwell.
Words cannot express, nor could my point and shoot camera capture, the delightful sights that greeted us.
From the moment we entered through the front door of Kim's home, we were treated to amazing displays, gorgeous fall colors and beautiful details.
There were fresh flowers which smelled so good, paper cake centerpieces that looked good enough to eat, beautiful, hand made goodies at each person's place...the list could just go on and on.
It was a real honor to teach at this event and I wanted to thank Kim for the invitation and for all that she did to make me feel welcome and comfortable.
I also wanted to say thanks to all of the women who attended. You were amazing...I loved how you got into creating your project...and I love the fact that so many of you are anxious to make some more of these books!
This is my third time trying to post this...the first two posts totally disappeared, so I'm going to keep it short and let you enjoy the photos. There's a lot more to post about what I did this weekend, but I've got several huge deadlines that need to be completed by Thursday morning and I'd better hop on them! Look for more weekend activity posts later this week. Also, thanks for all of your kit orders...when I got on the computer this morning, I was amazed! I'll formally acknowledge each of your orders...please be patient with me, though, as I slug through my very long to do list!

Carol, I was wonderful and everything I expected to take a class from you. You are so organized,talented and inspiring. I loved learning the book technique. You are a very patient teacher. Thank you so much for sharing your talent with all of us. Smiles! Teah
