all is quiet on the Western front...
...at least for tonight.
The creatologie kits went out today...wow it was amazing, thanks to everyone who ordered.
When the postal carrier came to pick up the boxes, I was still in my PJ's, sealing up the last box. It's exciting to see the numbers grow each month!
I have to say that I couldn't do it without Vern and Ashley...both with their support and their hands on help (they are really good at stuffing kits and boxes!)...and they are so tolerant of the chaos, boxes and irregular schedules that accompany kit week!
I'm taking tonight off...and tomorrow it starts again with kit prep for my weekend classes at Paper & Metal Scrappers in Payson. The morning class sold out so they opened a second class in the afternoon...that only has a couple of places left so if you're interested, you may want to give them a call right away at 928-468-1188. Totally excited about sharing the project and the fun metal and texture techniques that are part of it!
Off to grab a quick dinner out and then...blissful quietness...

Oh, can't wait for my kit! It may be a project getting to Payson...be careful. Hope the highway reopens!

Could be a loooong ride up to Payson! Can't believe they can close that highway for so long. The highway information website says it will be closed until June! Yikes!! The 511 info line says "indefinitely", so who knows. Hope you're planning on staying overnight because that would be a long ride up and back in the same day. Have a safe trip! Terri

I can't wait for my kit too. And....I signed-up for all 3 of your classes in June. I eagerly anticipate inspiration from you in person. It will be grand. :)

Carol
The kits arrived yesterday and now this one is my favorite. They keep getting better and better if that is even possible. Colleen can't wait to come pick hers up. Can't wait for the next one to be up for order

My kit was waiting for me when I got home this afternoon....just in time for an all day fund-raiser crop I am attending tomorrow.
Won't I be the envy of all when I get going on this one.
I couldn't wait and stayed up late getting the cover done. Carol, it's just beautiful and I am so excited about all the techniques with this kit! THANK YOU!

Carol -- your class at Paper and Metal was AMAZING!!!! I learned so much from you and had the best time. Your project was challenging and I had to work my fingers as fast as I could to get it done. But I also LOVE that. Thanks for a great project and for being just an awesome teacher. Come to Payson anytime. -- Jen
